Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of guest, client, and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will oversee guest services, hire and train staff, and manage daily operations to deliver superior service and safety.

You will supervise at least two team members, monitor performance, and report on financials and customer feedback. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities to meet client

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Required Licensure: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Work Experience: Minimum one year in hospitality or guest services.
• Knowledge: Towne Park safety procedures, security policies, and customer service standards.
• Skills: Ability to drive manual transmission and strong verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire and train associates; conduct performance appraisals and coaching.
• Develop client relations; maintain regular meetings and ensure team focuses on exceeding expectations.
• Manage revenue reporting, shift cash handling, and cost controls; monitor scheduling and overtime.
• Represent the company professionally in diverse settings and handle guest concerns.
