Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Allocates labor resources to support service delivery and adjust staffing.
• Leads recruitment and onboarding of new associates.
• Conducts performance appraisals and provides coaching.
• Maintains regular client communications and site visibility.
• Monitors metrics for forecasting, productivity, and revenue reporting.
