Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. Responsibilities include managing guest services, hiring, training, evaluating and discharging associates, and directing work to meet client standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, evaluate, and discharge associates as needed.
• Develop labor plans and manage scheduling to meet service levels.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate with the Account Manager.
• Oversee revenue reporting, cash handling, and shift-level controls.
