Job summary

Towne Park is hiring an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of guest, patient, and associate satisfaction at a designated location. You will oversee guest services such as valet, bell services, and door operations while aligning with client standards.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate associates, manage performance, and report on financial and service metrics. The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and proactive problem solving to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park safety and security procedures.
• Knowledge of Towne Park's safe driving policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Towne Park's accident reporting policies and Towne Park's equipment training policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently across shifts.
• Allocate labor resources to support service delivery and manage staffing levels.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring processes to staff locations.
• Provide orientation and on-the-job training, and coach direct reports.
• Maintain relationships with client staff and communicate regularly to meet expectations.
• Monitor business metrics, revenue reporting, and shift-level reconciliations.
