Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Account Manager for its Columbus, GA properties. You will oversee daily valet and parking operations, manage schedules and staffing, monitor financial performance, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction across multiple hospitality locations.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years of supervisory experience in a customer-service environment, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience in parking, hospitality, transportation, retail, or another customer-service environment preferred.
• Experience managing Schedules, payroll, labor expenses, or operating budgets preferred.
• Additional education or training in leadership, hospitality, or business management is beneficial but not required.

Aufgaben

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for the assigned property and build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily valet and parking operations; prepare schedules; monitor attendance, service quality, safety, and appearance standards.
• Financial & Administrative: Monitor revenue, payroll, overtime, operating expenses, and other account-level financials; ensure records are accurate and reports submitted on time.
• Employee Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees; promote a respectful, inclusive work environment; ensure policy compliance.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide updates on staffing, operations, finance, and client needs; coordinate with HR and other departments.
• Safety & Compliance: Promote safe driving and parking practices; report incidents; ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Additional Responsibilities: Travel as required; adapt schedule to account needs; perform other duties as needed.
