Parking Management Company, LLC is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to oversee valet operations, lead guest service initiatives, and support HR, payroll, and revenue functions at assigned accounts in Columbus, OH.

You will manage staff hiring, training, and performance, ensure safety standards, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting 24/7 operations and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including financial close periods; occasional travel may be required.

Aufgaben

• Lead guest service training for associates and uphold service standards.
• Oversee valet operations: parking, retrieval, and safe key handling.
• Assist with HR: interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Maintain appearance standards and discipline in line with policy, with documentation.
• Communicate with clients and associates to ensure satisfaction and contract retention.
• Audit timecards and payroll reporting; monitor revenue and reporting processes.
• Support company initiatives and drive team development and safety.
• Be on-call to handle urgent operational issues and provide 24/7 support.
• Participate in training and travel as needed for financial reviews or corporate meetings.
