Job summary

Parking Management Company, LLC seeks a Valet Account Manager in Columbus, GA to oversee daily operations of a hospitality property. You will deliver superior guest service, supervise staff, manage schedules and labor costs, monitor financial performance, and support valet services when needed.

You will build client relationships, drive operational excellence, and ensure safety, budgeting, and compliance across properties; scheduling may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience in parking, hospitality, transportation, retail, or another customer-service environment preferred.
• Experience managing schedules, payroll, labor expenses, or operating budgets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and oversee daily valet operations.
• Prepare schedules, maintain staffing levels, and monitor service quality.
• Review revenue, payroll, and expenses; ensure financial accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; enforce policy and safety.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, HR; report operational updates.
• Maintain safety and compliance; travel to different locations as needed.
