This exempt, full-time position reports to the City Manager/Area Manager, handles revenue and payroll oversight, client relationship management, and will perform valet duties when needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Additional training or certifications in leadership or business management is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; must have a clean motor vehicle record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact and strengthen partnerships.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, quality assurance, and site visits.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses; coordinate with Regional Director on cost control.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, and coach hourly staff; enforce policies.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to management and coordinate during emergencies.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: involve staff in planning and feedback; drive continuous improvement.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend required meetings and training; flexible hours and occasional travel if needed.
