Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Senior Guest Service Manager to oversee valet operations across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency. The role focuses on staff leadership, client relationships, and financial performance to deliver a seamless valet experience.

Responsibilities include daily oversight, scheduling, payroll management, training, and reporting to leadership, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least five years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check; no special certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for properties, ensuring contractual obligations and fostering open communication with stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations at each location.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses and work with Regional Director on cost control and records.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; set performance expectations and promote professional growth.
• Provide regular management updates and reports on progress, challenges, and account needs.
