Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience supervising teams in a service environment.
• Leadership training or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships across locations.
• Oversee daily valet operations, staffing, and quality assurance.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with finance oversight.
• Provide coaching and training to hourly staff and supervisors.
• Communicate updates to management and stakeholders regularly.
