Parking Management Company is seeking an Account Manager to oversee valet operations across assigned locations, ensuring exceptional guest service and strong client relationships. You will manage staff, payroll, and revenue while performing valet duties when needed.

You will lead daily operations, coach teams, and report progress to management, maintaining safety, professionalism, and high service standards across multiple sites. This role requires flexibility and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, with supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with a clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management with property stakeholders and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Daily operational oversight including scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance across locations.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with focus on cost control and accurate record-keeping.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates and enforce company policies.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and coordinate during emergencies or urgent situations.
• Lead and develop teams, foster growth, and implement process improvements across sites.
