Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Account Manager to lead daily valet operations, supervise staff, and manage client relationships across multiple sites. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance while monitoring revenue and expenses, ensuring service quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with at least three years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and leadership abilities; capable of managing multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations at assigned locations to ensure service quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to meet standards.
• Monitor revenue, payroll, and expenses; report to Regional Director.
• Develop client relationships and ensure contract obligations are met.
• Coordinate across sites to optimize operations and guest experience.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders.
• Lead safety, compliance, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Occasionally travel for financial reviews, audits, or meetings.
