Parking Management Company seeks a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to lead daily valet operations on-site, ensure seamless vehicle flow, and deliver outstanding guest service. The role requires leadership in staff management, pre-shift briefings, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management or leadership training/certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates to staff and management.
• Manage valet equipment setup/breakdown and ensure supplies are stocked for operations.
• Oversee payroll, punches, tips, and vehicle counts for accurate submissions.
• Ensure safety and proper key handling; submit incident reports as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
