Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; 1 year of supervisory/customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or valet services is a plus; willingness to lead and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest service training and maintain premium hospitality standards.
• Oversee valet operations, safe vehicle handling and key control.
• Support HR activities: hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching.
• Ensure professional appearance and discipline per policy; document issues.
• Maintain client communications and resolve service issues proactively.
• Audit weekly timecards and payroll reporting; support revenue processes.
