Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service field.
• Experience managing staff, scheduling, and payroll is beneficial.
• Strong communication and client-relations skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management – primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met and fostering trust.
• Daily Operational Oversight – manage scheduling, staffing, site visits, and quality assurance.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks – monitor revenue, payroll, expenses, and cost control in collaboration with leadership.
• Team Supervision and Training – recruit, train, and coach hourly associates, set performance expectations.
