Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required, with at least three years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean driving record.
• Excellent guest service, professional communication, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to analyze revenue and payroll and manage payroll processes.

Aufgaben

• Client Relationship Management: be primary contact for properties, ensure obligations met, build trust with stakeholders.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, QA, site visits, and equipment maintenance.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue, payroll and expenses, support cost control and budgeting.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, and coach hourly staff; set performance expectations.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular progress reports to management and coordinate during emergencies.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: involve staff in planning and process improvement; provide feedback and support growth.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend meetings, complete training, and maintain flexibility for travel or after-hours work.
