Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations, ensuring premier guest service and strong client relationships. You will manage staff, payroll, and financial performance while performing valet duties as needed.

Must hold a high school diploma, have at least three years of supervisory experience in parking or hospitality, and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; clean background check.

Responsabilités

• Client Relationship Management: be primary contact for each property, ensure contractual obligations are met and foster trust.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and QA; conduct site visits to resolve issues and uphold service standards.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue and payroll; work with Regional Director on costs and records.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, coach hourly staff, set performance expectations, and model professionalism.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to management and coordinate during emergencies.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: involve staff in planning and process improvements with regular feedback.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend meetings, complete training, and work flexible hours including travel when needed.
