Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring a Valet Account Manager in Auburn. You will supervise daily valet operations, manage staffing, and ensure exceptional guest service across properties. The role emphasizes client relationships, budgeting, and safety, with opportunities to contribute to performance improvements.

The position requires at least three years of supervisory experience in related fields and a high school diploma. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience in parking, hospitality, transportation, or a similar field.
• Experience managing schedules, payroll, labor expenses, or operating budgets is preferred.
• Additional education or training in leadership, hospitality, or business management is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet and parking operations to ensure service quality.
• Prepare schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor attendance, safety, and service standards; perform inspections as needed.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and coaching of team members.
• Provide regular updates to management on staffing, operations, and financials.
