Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a Guest Service Coordinator to support valet operations and guest experiences on-site at multiple accounts. You will help coordinate vehicle flow, assist with staff management, and uphold PMC’s high service standards.

You will lead pre-shift briefings, monitor uniform and grooming, address guest questions professionally, and support safe vehicle handling and incident reporting. Strong hospitality background is valued.

Qualifications

• GED or higher required; 1 year supervisory and customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management or leadership related training/certifications/business is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism.
• Verify associates are in full uniform and maintain grooming standards.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to communicate updates and encourage teamwork.
• Manage setup and breakdown of valet equipment and staging areas.
