Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as the primary contact for each property and foster partnerships.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance across locations.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with regional input.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, and coach hourly associates and enforce policies.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to management and coordinate emergencies.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: involve staff in planning and drive continuous improvement.
