You'll collaborate with hotel partners and executive leadership, travel as needed, and mentor teams to deliver high-touch service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; five years of supervisory parking/hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; clean background check.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; ability to manage multiple sites and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for property clients, ensuring contractual obligations and strong partnerships.
• Oversee daily valet operations, scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance across locations.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses; collaborate with leadership to control costs.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff; enforce standards and safety policies.
• Provide regular reports to management on progress, challenges, and account needs.
