Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations at assigned locations, manage staff, and maintain strong client relationships. You will monitor revenue and payroll, coordinate with leadership, and ensure service excellence across sites.

The role emphasizes staff development, operational efficiency, and driving financial performance while maintaining a safe, professional valet experience for guests and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; clean driving record.
• Experience overseeing staff, payroll, scheduling, and client relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met while fostering open communication with stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations at each location.
• Monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses and coordinate with Regional Director on cost control and budgeting.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates and enforce company policies.
• Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress, challenges, and account needs.
