Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations across assigned locations, manage staff, strengthen client relationships, and supervise financial tasks such as revenue and payroll.

You will lead with a guest‑first mindset, drive operational excellence, coach hourly teams, ensure safety and service quality, and report progress to regional leadership while coordinating with partners across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service.
• Leadership or business management training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for each property and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance across locations.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue and payroll and assist with budgeting.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, and coach hourly associates.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
