Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Address guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure uniform and grooming standards; monitor attendance and shifts.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and coordinate with Account/City Manager.
• Manage valet equipment setup, supplies, and safe key handling.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll reviews, and vehicle counts.
• Promote safety, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
