Parking Management Company seeks a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations across assigned locations, delivering exceptional guest service while managing staff, client relationships, and on-site financials.

You will drive operational excellence, supervise teams across sites, and ensure safety and professionalism in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for bonus compensation and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service field.
• Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating across multiple sites and managing payroll/cay operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee daily valet operations, including scheduling and staff supervision.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, expenses and report to Regional Director.
• Recruit, train and coach hourly associates; set performance expectations.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders.
• Lead process improvements and drive operational excellence across locations.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training; adapt to flex hours and travel as needed.
