Job summary

Parking Management Company in Florida seeks a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to support valet operations, ensure rapid vehicle flow, exceptional guest service, and effective staff oversight across assigned accounts. You will lead daily pre-shift meetings, supervise uniforms and grooming, coordinate equipment, oversee tips and payroll, and ensure safety and compliance.

This is a full-time, on-site role with 40+ hours weekly, hourly pay plus tips, and opportunities for advancement;

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in coordinating guest services and operations.
• Management or leadership training/certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing daily valet operations and staff performance.
• Address guest questions and resolve service issues promptly.
• Verify associates are in full uniform and monitor attendance and break times.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates with the Account Manager.
• Manage setup/breakdown of valet equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Oversee tip handling and payroll reconciliation; assist with punches and vehicle counts.
• Supervise safety and key/vehicle handling; submit incident reports as needed.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on guest service, accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
• Work 40+ hours on-site at assigned accounts.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules on time.
