Parking Management Company in Florida is seeking a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to oversee daily valet operations, ensure smooth vehicle flow, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will lead staff, run pre‑shift meetings, and coordinate with the Account Manager to maintain high service standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of supervisory or hospitality experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management or leadership training/certifications/business preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to promote a positive team environment and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth service.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates.
• Address guest questions and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor uniform, grooming, and attendance compliance.
• Oversee equipment setup, supplies, and safety.
• Assist with payroll reviews, tip reporting, and vehicle counts.
• Promote safety and maintain a positive work environment.
• Work 40+ hours on-site.
