The ideal candidate will lead pre-shift meetings, monitor compliance with uniform and grooming requirements, and assist with payroll and tip reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year minimum supervisory and related customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Lead pre-shift meetings; coordinate with Account/City Manager and maintain open team communication.
• Manage valet equipment setup/breakdown and ensure supplies are stocked for operations.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll accuracy, and vehicle counts for timely submissions.
• Supervise safety and incident reporting; promote a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
