Parking Management Company seeks a Valet Supervisor / Guest Service Coordinator to lead daily valet operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the GSM and Account Manager. The role combines supervisory duties with hands-on guest service, safety, and team leadership.

Responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, coordinating vehicle flow, addressing guest concerns, managing uniforms and equipment, and contributing to payroll accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year supervisory and customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality management or leadership training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; background check
• No special certifications necessary for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff performance to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Address guest questions, concerns, service issues, and claims with professionalism.
• Verify associates are in full uniform and monitor attendance and shift times.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings and maintain communication with the Account Manager and City Manager.
• Manage setup and breakdown of valet equipment and ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Oversee tip handling, payroll review, and vehicle counts for timely submissions.
• Supervise safety, incident reporting, and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Foster a team-oriented culture focused on guest service and operational excellence.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required training modules on time.
