Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations, manage staff, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring top-tier guest service and financial performance. You will supervise scheduling, payroll, and expenses, train hourly associates, coordinate with the Regional Director, and report progress to management.

This exempt, full-time role requires leadership, hospitality expertise, and the ability to travel to sites

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check; no special certifications necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for each property, ensuring contractual obligations are met while fostering open communication with stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth daily operations at each location.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses; work with the Regional Director on cost control and accurate record-keeping.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; set clear performance expectations; foster a positive work environment.
• Provide regular updates to management through reports on progress, challenges, and account needs.
