Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a Valet Account Manager to lead daily valet and parking operations across hospitality properties. You will supervise staff, manage schedules and labor costs, and ensure safety and service quality while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes attendance to budget, performance monitoring, and compliance with policies across multiple properties. A senior-level, exempt position with potential bonuses and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of supervisory or management experience in parking, hospitality, transportation, or another customer-service environment is preferred.
• Experience with schedules, payroll, labor expenses, or operating budgets is beneficial but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required or will be verified as part of hiring.

• Serve as the primary operational contact for the assigned property.
• Oversee daily valet and parking operations.
• Prepare schedules and maintain staffing levels.
• Monitor revenue, payroll, overtime, operating expenses, and other financial information.
• Provide regular updates to management and engage with clients.
