Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Account Manager to lead valet operations across assigned locations, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining strong client relationships.

You will supervise staff, oversee scheduling, monitor revenue and payroll, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving to drive service quality and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a related customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met while fostering strong partnerships.
• Oversee daily valet operations, staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance at each location.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses; support cost control and accurate record-keeping.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; enforce policies and drive service excellence.
• Provide regular progress updates to management via reports on accounts and issues; coordinate during emergencies.
• Involve staff in planning and process improvement; maintain an open leadership style and foster growth.
