Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and background check clearance.
• Additional leadership or business management training is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Manage client relationships, ensuring contractual obligations are met and communicating with stakeholders.
• Oversee daily valet operations, scheduling, staffing, and service quality at each location.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, expenses, and report to leadership for cost control.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates to uphold service standards.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and coordinate during emergencies.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and organized valet environment with strong team leadership.
• Attend required meetings and adapt to evolving business needs, including travel for reviews.
