Parking Management Company seeks a Valet Account Manager to lead valet operations, ensure premier guest service, and drive financial performance across locations. You will manage staff, uphold client contracts, and supervise payroll with a focus on efficiency.

The role requires supervising teams, training, and building strong client partnerships while maintaining safety and quality standards across sites. Exempt status and travel may be required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Background check required; clean motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations in three years.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Mansioni

• Oversee client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance at each location; conduct site visits and resolve issues.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll and expenses; collaborate with Regional Director on cost control and records.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; set performance expectations and promote a positive work environment.
• Provide regular progress and account reports to management; coordinate during emergencies as needed.
