Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory and related guest service experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.

• Ability to manage payroll and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train associates to meet PMC guest service standards.
• Supervise valet operations and ensure safe vehicle handling.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding and performance management of staff.
• Ensure consistent service standards and professional appearance.
• Maintain clear client communication and contract retention.
• Audit weekly associate timecards and payroll reporting.
