Parking Management Company (PMC) seeks a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily operations at assigned locations, manage staff, and maintain client relationships. You will handle revenue and payroll oversight, perform valet duties as needed, and drive service quality and growth.

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related customer service fields.
• Leadership or business-management training/certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Client relationship management: be primary contact for properties, meet contractual obligations, foster trust.
• Daily operational oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, QA, and site visits.
• Financial and administrative tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, expenses; assist regional director with cost control.
• Team supervision and training: recruit, train, evaluate, and develop hourly staff; enforce policies.
• Communication and reporting: provide regular progress updates to management and coordinate during emergencies.
• Supervisory responsibilities: involve staff in planning, provide feedback, and drive process improvements.
• Additional responsibilities: attend meetings, complete trainings, and travel for financial reviews or corporate meetings.
