Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for each property and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with regional leadership for cost control.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, and coach hourly associates and set performance expectations.
• Payroll Management: oversee scheduling and overtime to optimize labor costs.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to management and coordinate during emergencies.
