The City Manager will oversee operations across multiple valet locations within a designated region, lead staff, optimize revenue, and maintain client relationships with property owners and partners.

The role emphasizes service quality, safety, compliance, and collaboration with executives to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Management, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in valet parking, hospitality, transportation, or operations management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple valet locations; enforce procedures and safety standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage valet supervisors, attendants, and staff; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability; identify opportunities for pricing and service improvements.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with property owners and partners; pursue new opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Oversee equipment, ticketing, and payment systems; implement technology upgrades.
