Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Additional leadership or business-management training or certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations and staff at assigned locations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor revenue and payroll, identify trends, and control costs.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff; enforce policies and drive service excellence.
• Provide regular updates to management and coordinate with operations and HR.
• Travel as needed for financial reviews or corporate meetings.
• Adapt to flexible hours, including financial close periods.
