Parking Management Company is seeking an experienced Valet Account Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and client relationships across locations. You will manage scheduling, payroll, and quality assurance while coordinating with the Regional and property teams to meet service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Leadership or business-management training is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance for daily operations.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses, with budgeting input.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff for consistent service.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
