Job summary

Parking Management Company seeks a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations, manage staff, and maintain strong client relationships across assigned locations. You will drive service excellence, monitor revenue and payroll, and coordinate with leadership to optimize performance.

Responsibilities include staff training, reporting, and ensuring safety and quality standards. This exempt, full-time role may involve travel between sites and requires a valid driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3 years supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check.
• Experience with client management and payroll oversight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact to ensure contractual obligations are met and partnerships are strengthened.
• Oversee daily site operations, scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance across locations.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses; coordinate with Regional Director on budgeting and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; enforce policies and promote a positive work environment.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders; communicate updates and needs clearly.
