Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations, maintain client relationships, and manage staff across multiple locations. This exempt, full‑time role drives financial performance, service quality, and safe, professional operations while coordinating with the City Manager / Area Manager.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with at least three years of supervisory experience in parking or hospitality, strong communication, and payroll

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar field beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential for client interaction.
• Experience managing payroll and staff scheduling to control labor costs and ensure ops efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for each property and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Daily Operational Oversight: manage scheduling, staffing, QA, site visits, and equipment upkeep.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, expenses, and report to Regional Director.
• Team Supervision and Training: recruit, train, coach hourly staff, set performance expectations.
• Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates to management and coordinate during emergencies.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: involve staff in planning and process improvement; maintain open leadership style.
• Additional Responsibilities: attend meetings, complete trainings, optional travel for financial reviews or corporate meetings.
