Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Senior Guest Service Manager in Auburn, AL. This exempt role leads valet operations across locations, ensuring high-quality guest service, safety, and efficiency while building strong client partnerships and supervising staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, performance management, and collaboration with hotel management and executive leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience and strong business results.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least five years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and serving as the main contact for each property.
• Daily operational oversight including scheduling, staffing, and QA.
• Monitor site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses with the Regional Director for cost control.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; enforce policies and maintain a positive work environment.
• Provide regular management updates and performance reporting.
• Travel to oversee performance and launch new accounts as needed.
• Lead and develop staff across multiple locations to ensure service excellence.
• Attend required meetings and complete trainings; manage flexible hours and travel when necessary.
