Colonial Group is seeking a Valet City Manager to lead operations across multiple valet locations, optimize revenue, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role focuses on staff leadership, client relations, and compliance with local regulations, delivering profitability while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in valet or operations management, with strong financial and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in valet parking, hospitality, transportation, or operations management.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Experience in contract negotiations and business development.
• Familiarity with local parking laws, permits, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple valet locations, ensuring smooth service.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage supervisors and staff; maintain performance standards.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability; identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts with property owners and partners to expand operations.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance with local regulations across locations.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance evaluations.
