Responsibilities include managing daily operations, developing staff, monitoring budgets, and negotiating with property owners and partners to expand services and improve guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in valet parking, hospitality, or operations management.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and revenue optimization.
• Excellent client relationship management and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple valet locations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing valet supervisors, attendants, and staff; evaluate performance and coach.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability; oversee cash handling and financial reporting.
