Job summary

The Associate Manager at Towne Park LLC is responsible for ensuring high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest services, hire/train/evaluate staff, direct work, and manage performance and financial reporting.

You will also coordinate with the client’s staff, drive performance metrics, ensure accurate revenue reporting and oversee shift reports and timekeeping. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently allocates labor resources to support service delivery and reduces staffing levels if business conditions dictate.
• Active involvement in recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best people are selected for the location.
• Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and provides orientation and ongoing training.
• Develops relationships with client staff and maintains regular communication to exceed expectations.
• Monitors business metrics for forecasting, productivity, revenue reporting, and timekeeping; reconciles revenue reports.
