Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking an Associate Manager at a designated location to ensure high levels of guest, client and associate satisfaction. You will oversee guest services, supervise a team, hire and train associates, and manage daily operations to meet service standards.

You will analyze performance metrics, manage scheduling and payroll reporting, and maintain strong client relationships with emphasis on safety, compliance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently.
• Oversees recruitment and hiring to secure top talent.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work; coaches and evaluates performance.
• Develops cohesive relationships with client staff and maintains communication.
• Manages revenue reporting, shift reports, and cash handling.
• Controls scheduling, overtime and timekeeping to meet goals.
