Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of related hospitality experience.
• Ability to recruit, train, and evaluate staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest/patient services and satisfaction at the site.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge associates as needed.
• Plan, assign and direct work to ensure service delivery.
• Monitor financials, revenue reports, and KPIs for the site.
