Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will manage guest services, hire/train staff, plan and direct work, appraise performance, and oversee financial reporting with a team of at least two associates.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park policies and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally across shifts.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of associates.
• Support client relations and maintain regular communication with the client.
• Oversee work planning, scheduling, and labor optimization.
• Manage revenue reporting, shift cash handling, and controls.
