Job summary

The Associate Manager at Towne Park is responsible for delivering high levels of guest and client satisfaction at a designated location. You will hire, train, evaluate and discharge associates, direct work, and manage performance and reporting.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, ensuring service standards, coordinating with the Account Manager, and maintaining Towne Park safety and quality benchmarks with a focus on team development and client success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services leadership is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage teams and drive service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest/customer satisfaction across shifts.
• Recruit, train, evaluate and discharge associates.
• Plan and direct work and manage performance and reporting.
• Coordinate with client and Account Manager to meet expectations.
• Track revenue, prepare shift reports and manage cash handling.
